Healthy Buddies: Volunteer a few hours of your time to accompany a person to a doctor's appointment.
Office Volunteer: Volunteer to help file and do other necessary clerical work
Resource Development Committee: Volunteer your special marketing, public relations, graphics design or fundraising expertise to help advance the OPG mission.
