All members of the Lighting the Way (guardianship training) project advisory team are asked to adopt the role of a subject matter expert (SME). Each member of the advisory team brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this project and we want you to have an opportunity share your experience, expertise, and/or perspective.
Recall that we discussed the survey results for families and attorneys during the December 19 advisory team meeting. A summary of these results are provided for you in the 3” white Lighting the Way project binder (see Draft Analysis – Needs Assessment Survey Results).
The SME surveys to be completed by advisory team members will be accessed using the links provided below. Please access both surveys and complete the open-ended questions by January 9, 2009. I would expect a one or two short paragraph response for most of the questions, with some responses being longer or shorter. It is not necessary that you be an attorney or member of any other profession to respond to some of the questions. Any experience that you have had that illuminates any of the questions are welcomed! You are permitted to return to your survey to add or revise your original response at any time.
Thank you in advance for taking time to complete both SME surveys. I am available to answer any questions or concerns and will provide you with a same day response, if not quicker.
